Mousseron (Fairy Rings) – Mushroom Man

Available June then September-October Mousseron are a small delicate mushroom. They have a sweet rich taste blendng beautifully with eggs, sauteed in butter, as a stuffing and served with roasted meats. Prices will vary depending on which variety but $150-$200 per kilo is a safe guide.
