Dried Hen of the Wood – Dried Maitake

Hens of the wood (Maitake) are such a valued mushrooms for the  forager. In the wild they can grow super large. Our personal record is 45kg on only one tree (have a look at the second picture)!!
 
Dried Hens of the Wood are a classic ingredient in the Chinese medicine and can be used in teas, concoction or tincture.

100% fruit body
 
Note: This product was packed on premises that handles wild nuts, wild seeds, wild mustard, wild celery, crustaceans & molluscs (present in minute quantities in seaweed).
 
 
Storage Information
Store in a resealable bag provided or an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
 
Dry mushrooms can be stored for several years however we recommend using them within 12 months from opening.
