GROWING CONDITIONS
Time til harvest: 7 – 14 days – check individual kits for their grow times and temperatures. Ideal growing temperate for these three kits is between 18 – 27. Harvests: Your first flush (flush = fancy fungi word for harvest) will likely be the biggest – enough to cook a meal for 2 people. If you treat your kit right, you could enjoy a smaller second, third and maaaybe a fourth (if you are super lucky!). Storage:  Start the kits as soon as possible for best results. All kits have a grow-by date up to 2 months from purchase. Storing in the fridge extends this grow-by date to up to 6 months. Please note you can’t store Pink Oyster Kits in the fridge or they will die 😢.
