The cultivation and processing of mushroom powder capsules takes place entirely and exclusively at our facility in Limeshain, Germany. The ripe, freshly harvested mushrooms are dried immediately after harvesting in our special, gentle drying process, gently ground into powder using a water-cooled mill and filled into HPMC capsules. There is no intermediate storage (e.g. in a cold store). The immediate, fast and gentle processing ensures that all the important ingredients are retained and that the mushroom does not lose its natural, beneficial properties for human nutrition. It may contain some millet.

Recommended daily intake:
Take 1 capsule up to 3 times a day with sufficient liquid at mealtimes. The last dose should not be taken late in the evening so as not to impair the quality of sleep. A gradual dosage with weekly increases is recommended.
Keep the product protected from light, closed and out of the reach of small children. Protect from heat and store in a dry place. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, a doctor should generally be consulted before consumption. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
